Access is possible all year round via a municipal road (winter service 2-3 times a day). Should the weather forecast predict winter driving conditions, we strongly recommend that you prepare the vehicle (including four-wheel drive) with appropriate winter equipment:

  • Winter tyres with “snowflake symbol” on all wheels - in Austria mandatory for snow and ice in the period from 1 November to 15 April
  • Carry snow chains and work gloves in your vehicle and make sure that they are easily accessible, especially when travelling to our destination

  • Is there a maximum number of guests per apartment and what is the minimum rental period?

    Each apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons. The rental period is a minimum of 3 nights per stay. Please ask about our special rates for longer stays.

  • At what time can I check in and out?

    The accommodation is generally available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment must be returned by 10:00 at the latest. Please contact us in advance if you wish to arrive or depart between 19:00 and 07:00.

  • Can I bring a pet with me?

    Pets are very welcome, usually at no extra charge. Please check our terms and conditions for pets prior to booking.

  • Are bed linen and towels provided?

    Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The beds are freshly made for your arrival, and plenty of towels are provided for your stay.

  • Is there a charging facility for electric motor vehicles?

    For a flat fee, you can use a Schuko socket (230 V/16 A with max. 2 kW output) or a high-voltage socket (400 V/16 A with max. 11 kW output) to charge your vehicle at your parking space in the carport. Please bring a suitable 2-pin or 5-pin charging cable with an in-cable control box (ICCB).

  • Where can I get food and meals?

    You can order meals and bread & pastry online from our partner businesses and have them delivered. There are grocery shops in the neighbourhood that also offer products from the region.

  • How can I conveniently buy lift tickets?

    We recommend the online shop for WildPass lift tickets - the mountain cableways in Montafon offer day and multi-day tickets at prices that vary depending on demand. Early bookers therefore benefit from more favourable prices.
