BoYaSTAR GmbH places the greatest possible value on the protection and security of your data. Irrespective of whether you are a guest or just a visitor to our online presence, we observe the following principles in dealing with personal data:


  • We adhere unconditionally to the strict provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons when processing personal data. In accordance with this EU directive and Austrian law, we also handle personal data which we receive from outside Austria, unless local mandatory law specifies otherwise.

  • In collecting personal data, we restrict ourselves to what is necessary and expedient. If we store personal data, we will refer you to our principles or advise you how we intend to use this data. We need personal data to conduct our business and to meet legal and contractual obligations.


On 10th March 2023, BoYaSTAR GmbH concluded a contract for data processing within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR with its outsourcing partner Smoobu GmbH (registered in the Commercial Register of the Berlin-Charlottenburg Local Court under HRB 160562 B), which concerns the processing of personal data in connection with the short-term rental of holiday apartments and this website (www.chesa-bunita.at, www.chesabunita.at, www.boyastar.com, www.boyastar.at, www.boyastar.in).
