The building, which was completed in autumn 2022, is situated in a quiet and sunny location just above Gaschurn.
It interprets Montafon tradition in modern architecture and offers its residents the perfect retreat for an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Chesa Bunita Dus and Chesa Bunita Trais holiday apartments each comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

All your heart desires: The non-smoking flats are fully equipped with high quality furniture, devices and accessories. Each apartment has a living/dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and WC, and a south-facing loggia with a magnificent view.
The high standard includes controlled air ventilation of the rooms and internet access with fibre optic technology. The barrier-free flats are easily accessible via a lift from the parking spaces in the carport. Each holiday apartment has also a large storage room (e.g. for sports equipment). A separate hobby and sports room is available for fun and games. And all this is included in the price.
